The aim of our software is to boost the productivity of our customers via digital work instructions, starting from Task Planning to Task Execution of front-line workers.

With our product, an open Cloud, Mobile and Wearable platform, we create innovative software solutions, providing technological and analytical services. Our advanced technology (Integration of ATA2200/iSpec2200/S1000D) in Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contributed to our strong international growth and establishing collaborations with the biggest aircraft maintenance companies all over the world.

We are looking for an Aviation Engineer to support digitization of aircraft maintenance work instructions according to the specifications of our customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Understand our customer processes and help optimize their work using our high-tech solutions
• Get acquainted in detail with the specific aviation domains of our customers and rapidly become fluent as to what they do, and what challenges they are facing
• Help our customers to configure and manage their digital enterprises and work instructions
• Deliver the job on time according to the project schedule
• Supporting team in demo preparation and training sessions for customers on product features and functionality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep the product aligned and live as per customer needs.

Your qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautics, or other aviation-related studies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation industry/domain is required.
• Prior hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance (Airframe/Engine/Components) is highly desirable.
• Experience in a customer-facing role will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Strong interest and willingness to learn a software product.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Programming languages would be a plus (Java, Python, HTML)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with full proficiency in spoken and written English
• Well organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
