About the Role

As SalaryBox's Implementation Specialist, you will lead customers through their most critical phase with our product and ensure successful product adoption. You'll partner with growing businesses to ensure they successfully implement SalaryBox's solution, driving measurable value and setting the foundation for long-term success.

Requirements

What you'll do

  • Manage the complete implementation process for new customers, from initial kick-off to full activation.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand each client's unique business requirements.
  • Deliver personalized training and guidance to help customers set up and configure the platform effectively.
  • Drive early adoption by highlighting quick wins and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on support during the initial phases to resolve issues and build confidence.
  • Track progress, ensure timelines are met, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any technical or product-related challenges.

What we are looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills to explain concepts clearly to non-technical users, especially business owners and HR Managers.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed through technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with virtual training tools and conducting remote sessions.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
