Implant Recruiter (RPO) Automotive/Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive/Manufacturing plant roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
• Handle interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Hands on exp. with ATS and ensure timely closures. Preferably worked on the PeopleStrong ATS
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Location: Manesar / Gurgaon.
