We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment/Senior Equipment engineer with hands on experience on Ion Implant tools like Axcelis GSD, Purion and HE, 8250 and AMAT 9500XR, Quantum.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of Implant tool KPIs, driving strategies to maximize tool availability by increasing MTBF (mean time between failure)
- Monitor and analyze SPC/FDC trends and defect data to mitigate process excursions and optimize tool-level yield performance.
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects (CIP) focused on enhancing tool performance.
- Lead PM/CM content reviews and optimizations to improve equipment reliability and extend tool uptime.
- Manage spare parts logistics to ensure zero downtime due to stockouts, while identifying second-source opportunities to drive down costs.
- Provide high-level technical support for critical Tool Down recoveries and urgent troubleshooting.
- Support future projects by performing FMEAs, conducting risk assessments and ensuring seamless tool integration.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, Hazardous material handling and Electrical safety (LOTO)
Eligibility Criteria:
Mandatory Skills:
- Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech
- 3–5 years of experience on 200mm/300mm Ion Implant tools.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
