About the Role :

Job Description: Impact Intern
We are looking for a creative and highly organized CSR & Impact Intern to support our CSR
Lead in driving community engagement and sustainability initiatives. This role is perfect for
someone who excels at storytelling and has a passion for event execution. You will be
instrumental in bringing our impact goals to life through high-visibility events and compelling
digital content.

Key Responsibilities
Event Execution & Curation
. Sustainability Summit: Provide end-to-end support in the planning, logistics, and
on-ground execution of our flagship Sustainability Summit.
. Volunteer Programming: Assist in curating bespoke volunteer events for enterprise
companies, collaborating closely with Community (CM), Member Experience (MX), and
Account Management (AM) teams.
. Leadership Experiences: Support the MX team in curating exclusive CXO Impact
Experiences.
. Impact Bundles: Help curate a diverse menu of employee volunteering options by
coordinating with our various Impact Partners.
Communication & Digital Support
. Internal Newsletters: Take the lead on creating WeVerse content and other internal
newsletters to keep our ecosystem informed and inspired.
. Impact Storytelling: Draft engaging blogs, social media content, and other impact
communications to highlight our volunteering and community engagement efforts.
. Digital Presence: Support the management and content updates for our Impact &
Sustainability landing page, ensuring all information is current and impactful.

Required Skills
. Content Creation: Strong writing skills for blogs and newsletters with an ability to adapt
tone for different audiences.
. Organizational Prowess: Ability to assist in managing timelines and deliverables for
large-scale events.
. Collaboration: A team player who is comfortable working across different departments
(CM, MX, AM).
