Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Associate role located in New Delhi. The Immigration Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers to understand their visa and travel requirements, providing tailored recommendations, and guiding them through the application process. Other key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings
• Assist in visual merchandising
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
