Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role located in Hyderabad. The Career Counselor will provide expert guidance to clients on career options, study opportunities, and immigration processes tailored to their aspirations. Responsibilities include conducting consultations and counseling sessions, offering customized career management strategies, providing support for visa-related processes, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless service experience throughout the consultation and immigration journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to assist clients in making informed life and career decisions
- Experience and skills in Student Counseling with the ability to guide individuals toward suitable study and career paths
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build effective client relationships
- Exceptional organizational and client-handling skills to ensure a smooth and professional service experience
- Familiarity with immigration and visa processes, particularly for countries such as Canada, Australia, USA, UK, and others
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
