Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Noida. The Telecaller will engage with potential customers to provide information about immigration services, answer queries, and address concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining a database of leads, making outbound calls, verifying client information, and scheduling consultations. The role also involves building rapport with clients to promote services and ensuring they receive proper guidance throughout the immigration process.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service aptitude, and ability to build rapport
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM tools
• Ability to handle client queries and provide solutions in a professional manner
• High levels of motivation, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an office setting
