Job Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Immigration Manager to lead and oversee the immigration operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising counselling, documentation, and case processing teams, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and driving overall business growth. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of immigration programs and visa processes, excellent client management skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of service delivery while achieving organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team of Immigration Counsellors to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and client conversions regularly.
  • Guide counsellors in client handling, sales pitching, and conversion management.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding Work Visa, Tourist Visa, PR, and Study Visa services.
  • Explain immigration programs, visa processes, eligibility criteria, timelines, and documentation requirements professionally.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through counselling, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Coordinate with documentation and case processing teams for smooth file handling and submissions.
  • Assist clients in collecting and organizing required visa documents.
  • Maintain CRM records, daily follow-up reports, and performance tracking systems.
  • Conduct team training sessions and motivate team members for better performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Only immigration experience preferred. ( 2 to 5yrs)
  • Prior experience in Immigration, Visa Processing, or related industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Work Visa, Tourist Visa, PR, and Study Visa processes and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end client coordination and resolve client queries professionally.
  • Experience in assisting and coordinating with the Case Processing/Documentation Team for smooth file management and submission.
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, lead management, and target-driven work environments.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage a team efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM handling, follow-up management, and reporting systems.
