Education: Any Graduate

Work Location: One Golden Mile, Kokapet, Hyderabad

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (Day Shift)

About the Position:

Somireddy Law Group is seeking fresh graduates who have a strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in the practical application of American and international law, particularly in immigration law matters. The role offers a diverse work profile and will not be limited to a specific set of assignments.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Selected individuals responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with H1B cap applications, including initial filing and lottery processes.
  • Provide guidance on extending, transferring, or amending H1B visas.
  • Offer comprehensive support for all stages of Green Card (permanent residency) applications.
  • Efficiently manage Labor Condition Applications (LCA) to ensure compliance.
  • Handle various visa types including H1, H4, B1, OPT, CPT, L-1, L-2, U Visa, TN, R, P, EB visas, etc.
  • Send legal questionnaires and document checklists to applicants and follow up for timely submission.
  • Review documents and prepare petitions for submission.
  • Complete immigration forms such as I-129, I-140, I-485, I-539, I-907, etc.
  • Prepare supporting documents including petition letters, employment letters, and agreements.
  • Handle visa amendments, extensions, transfers, and dependent visa filings.
  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Coordinate and track all immigration activities end-to-end.

 

Eligibility

  • Any graduate from a recognized university can apply.
  • Must have professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Duration: A minimum of two-year commitment is required.
