Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Documentation Specialist. The role involves preparing, managing, and reviewing immigration-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness. The candidate will collaborate with clients and team members to collect required information and provide support for technical documentation. The Specialist will also use their analytical skills to review processes and maintain efficient documentation practices.

The Role As part of our team, you'll:

  • Prepare, review, and organize documentation for Canadian immigration applications
  • Manage and update client files accurately within our case management system
  • Track application timelines, deadlines, and outstanding documents
  • Communicate clearly with the team (and clients, where needed) to keep cases moving
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and a high standard of accuracy on every file

  • What We're Looking For (Required)

    • Proven, hands-on experience with Canadian immigration documentation — this role is for experienced professionals only
    • Strong written and verbal English communication
    • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
    • Willing and able to work North American business hours (Eastern Time)

    Nice to Have (Assets)

    • Experience with immigration case management software (e.g., Case EZ or similar)
    • Familiarity with current IRCC processes and program categories
