IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT

We are a leading immigration firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the complex immigration process and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Job Description:

• Meeting personal sales target
• Responds to prospect's queries professionally and promptly
• Call to secure appointments and conduct presentations to interested prospects
• Liaise and build a strong rapport with new clients
• Prepare and negotiate client contracts
• Manage your own client's expectations, complaints, and sales issues
• Report to General Manager or Managing Director

Job Requirements:

• Minim O Level and above
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required as relevant training will be provided
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Well-spoken, independent and service-oriented
