Immigration Consultant - Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven and sales-oriented Immigration Consultant who can handle leads, explain immigration pathways, and convert inquiries into paid clients. The role is not limited to counseling, the primary responsibility is revenue generation through consultation and follow-ups.

The candidate must have strong communication skills, urgency in execution, and the ability to handle pressure and monthly targets.

Job Summary:

• Handle inbound and outbound immigration leads.
• Counsel clients for Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, Tourist Visas, Family Sponsorship Programs, Job Seeker Visas.
• Assess client profiles and explain eligibility criteria.
• Conduct consultation calls and video meetings.
• Convert leads into paid clients through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain proper CRM updates and client records.
• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams after onboarding.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Stay updated with immigration policies and program changes.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Confident communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Experience in immigration sales or visa consultation preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic understanding of PR pathways and visa processes.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in immigration sales/consultation preferred.
