Immigration Consultant

About the Role

The Associate Immigration Consultant will play a crucial role in managing various immigration petitions and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file H-1B petitions (Form I-129), extensions, amendments & transfer
• Manage LCA filings, Public Access Files, and DOL compliance
• Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and USCIS audit notice
• Guide employees through consular processing and I-94 compliance

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant fie

Required Ski

• Strong understanding of immigration laws and Procedere
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ski
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ski
