Immigration Case Associate

*****Full-Time -Remote - Work From Home 5-6 Days per week (Night Shift)

We are authorized by the Government of Canada and The College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants to practice Canadian Immigration Law.

Responsibilities & duties

• Must be well versed with VISA documentation for different Canada VISA types
• Carry out volume immigration casework for Canada, including case initiation, case assessment, case preparation and submission, monitoring progress and follow up on completion
• Must be able to do filing to obtain Visas and other documentation required
• Answer calls, emails and book an appointment with clients for our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
• Acts as dedicated point of contact to clients, providing highly personalized services that meet client needs.
• Responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring that advice is comprehensive and accurate
• Prepare the retainer agreement for our clients and get their signature and keep a good record of each client.
• Interview all clients and deal with all applications and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
• Prepare all fee quotes and agreements and any information required by clients
• Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.

Education Requirements

• LLB or LLM degree preferred, recent graduate welcome to apply
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Salary

• Starting 20,000.00 - 25,0000.00 INR per month
• Probation period - 3 months

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Canada Immigration Field
