Job Description:
An international leader in industrial automation and safety sensor technology is seeking a seasoned Team Lead for Electronic Design to drive our R&D initiatives in Bangalore.
What you will do (Tasks):
- Lead and mentor an engineering team in schematic design, layout, and reliability testing.
- Drive industrial sensor design from concept stage through to mass production.
- Manage hardware projects alongside international cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers for component qualification.
- Analyze test deviations, conduct margin analyses, and resolve complex technical investigations.
What we look for (Qualifications):
- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics or Communications Engineering.
- 10+ years of core hardware design experience (sensor or industrial electronics background preferred).
- Strong capability in ground-up architecture without relying on reference designs.
- Deep expertise in analog designs, low-noise optimization, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, calibration tools).
- Excellent stakeholder management and multi-project coordination skills.
