About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Retail Associates for an upcoming company-owned retail store in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to support daily store operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information, selection, and purchases.
• Deliver an excellent in-store customer experience.
• Support visual merchandising and product display activities.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stockroom operations.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities.
• Handle billing and cash register transactions when required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives.
• Support store events and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Secondary school qualification completed.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic numerical and mathematical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
