We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Lead with strong proficiency in React Native and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have experience leading development teams, designing scalable applications, and delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and development of both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using React Native (for mobile apps) and Node.js (for back-end services).

Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable code across both client-side and server-side applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features and technical solutions.

Oversee code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across all platforms.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in React Native, Node.js, and full-stack development to ensure the team is leveraging the most effective tools and practices.

Coordinate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and meet project deadlines and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

React Native:

Strong experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.

Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).

Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs into React Native apps.

Understanding of mobile app deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms.

Framework: Reactnative, ReactNavigation, Redux,Formik, Yup

Tools:Reactotron, Typescript, Jest,Eslint, Prettier,Metro bundler, React Native Dotenv, React Native SVG Transformer.

Node.js:

Expertise in building and maintaining scalable back-end services using Node.js.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.

Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and integration with Node.js applications.

Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Proficiency with the Express framework for building RESTful APIs and web applications.

Knowledge of the Loopback framework (good to have).

Experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Hands-on knowledge of implementing caching solutions ( Redis or Memcached)

Leadership and Communication:

Proven experience leading a team of developers and managing projects.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions with internal and external teams.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to provide status updates, technical discussions and requirement gathering with customers.

Desired Experience:

10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.

Strong portfolio of completed mobile and web applications, showcasing your ability to work across the full tech stack.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai).
