• Role and Responsibilities:Skill Set for ITOM , “Cmdb, discovery , mid-server, orchestration , Discovery “
• Must have experience in Discovery of Infrastructure and Applications
• Must Have experience in Service Mapping
• Understanding of configuration and implementation experience of CMDB
• 3-6 years of Hands-on experience on Service Mapping, creation of custom probes
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- Discovery / Service Mapping
• Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Experience with Angular JS and Glide
• Development knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change, Incident, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, REST Calls, Business Rules, Workflows
