- 10+ years of SAP SD/CS experience with strong solution architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and Customer Service (CS).
- Expertise in OTC, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns and credit management.
- Strong SAP CS knowledge covering Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Warranty, Contracts and Service Billing.
- Strong integration experience with MM, FI/CO, PM, EWM and PP.
- Experience with S/4HANA transformation, Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder management skills.
