Role & responsibilities
- Deliver Daily targets for payment posting transactions.
- Process payments received from patients and insurance companies accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify insurance payments and patient balances, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts using the designated billing software.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Perform demo/charge entry.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines.
