Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Management Consultant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess 6-10 years of experience in managing SAP projects and have a proven track record of delivering successful implementations. You will be responsible for leading SAP projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare project documentation including status reports, change requests, and lessons learned

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in SAP project management
• SAP Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
