Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Ariba-SMI for an immediate joining opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, particularly in implementing and managing SAP Ariba solutions. The consultant will work closely with clients to optimize their procurement processes and enhance supplier management through SAP Ariba.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.
- Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules for Ariba Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI)
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and provide training to end-users on SAP Ariba functionalities.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure alignment with business processes and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Ariba systems post-implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba features and enhancements to advise clients on best practices.
- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, specifically in Supplier Management and Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients.
- Proficient in SAP Ariba integration with other ERP systems like SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
