Immediate Joining || Junior Technical Architect

Experience: 12 to 15 years

Genisys Group is looking for a highly skilled Junior Technical Architect with hands-on development expertise and strong architectural leadership. This role involves working closely with the client's Architect to refine designs, drive best practices, and lead the development of robust, scalable notification services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client's Architect to analyze, challenge, and refine system designs for optimal scalability and performance.
• Architect, design, and implement complex, distributed systems aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Lead DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementations, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Actively contribute to development, perform hands-on coding, and review designs for quality assurance.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software architecture, coding, and DevOps.
• Mentor and guide the development team to foster technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure system reliability at scale.

Key Skills & Technologies:

• Cloud & AWS Services: SQS, SNS, SES, DynamoDB, Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS.
• Infrastructure & Monitoring: CloudFormation, CloudWatch Logs, CloudWatch Alarms.
• Programming & Frameworks: Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript.
• Scripting: Shell Scripting.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven expertise in system architecture, software design, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based, scalable architectures using AWS services.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Ability to challenge and improve existing designs for better performance and resilience.
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for emerging technologies, design patterns, and industry trends.
• Experience in Scaled Agile Product Development is a plus.
