Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain excellent customer service standards

• Work in a target-driven environment

• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts

Eligibility:

• Graduate Freshers can apply

• UG candidates with 6+ months experience in Domestic/International Voice Process

• Good English communication skills

• Age limit: Up to 32 years

Salary: upto 2.70 LPA(depending upon experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai / Thane
