Role Overview
Seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Consultant with strong Active Directory security expertise and exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The role focuses on identity remediation, access governance, security hardening, and supporting IIQ to ISC migration in a post-security incident environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform identity and access remediation using IIQ (deprovisioning, entitlement cleanup, account disablement)
- Conduct identity correlation, aggregation, and reconciliation to identify orphaned, duplicate, and stale accounts
- Execute access certifications and remediation of unauthorized/privileged access
- Implement RBAC, least privilege, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
- Strengthen Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and provisioning workflows
- Perform Active Directory security remediation (GPO hardening, privilege cleanup, Kerberos policies)
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk operations
- Optimize IIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and aggregation processes ISC Migration Support
- Support migration from IIQ to SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud)
- Assist in application onboarding, identity/profile setup, and access model migration
- Configure ISC connectors and support API-based integrations
- Validate data consistency between IIQ and ISC during migration
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting (SOX, HIPAA, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of IAM experience with 5+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Strong expertise in identity governance, certifications, provisioning, and SoD
- Experience with IIQ configuration, workflows, rules (Beanshell), and connectors
- Good understanding of SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow concepts or migration exposure
- Strong Active Directory knowledge (AD DS, GPO, LDAP, Kerberos, DNS)
- Experience in IAM remediation or security incident response
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and compliance frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IIQ → ISC migration or implementation projects
- Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-based IAM integrations
- Knowledge of SIEM/log analysis and audit trails
- Understanding of Zero Trust and PAM concepts
