We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across all channels to enhance brand visibility, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads.
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee advertising campaigns, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong creativity, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversee SEO and content marketing efforts to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns
- Manage company social media channels and create engaging content
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other teams to execute marketing initiatives
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation software and lead nurturing programs.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
