Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
• Build and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions integrating with enterprise systems and applications.
• Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud flows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
• Perform process analysis and identify automation opportunities to optimize business processes.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of automation solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA bots and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of workflows, processes, and technical designs.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and best practices for Power Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development
• Strong hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop (RPA development)
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)
• Proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud flows + Desktop flows)
• Good knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience in API integrations, REST services, and connectors
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, and logging mechanisms
• Familiarity with AI Builder and OCR capabilities within Power Platform
• Basic knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
