Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3.5+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) and strong expertise in backend technologies, especially Nest.js, Node.js, and Express.js. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build and optimize secure and scalable backend services using Nest.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Extensive experience with backend frameworks: Nest.js, Node.js, Express.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Qualifications:
