Immediate Hiring - Global Mobility & Immigration Advisor

• Manage end-to-end immigration and global mobility cases for employees and new hires.
• Provide guidance on visa, work permit, and immigration policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data across Workday, Excel trackers, and mobility platforms.
• Process invoices, cost projections, allowances, and vendor coordination.
• Support stakeholders with case updates, reporting, exceptions, and compliance requirements.

Skills and requirements:

• 3 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or international HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of global immigration regulations, visa processes, and mobility practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and mobility/immigration platforms.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex immigration matters clearly.
• Willing to work in BGC Taguig 2 days onsite per week
