We are looking for dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition professionals to join our growing recruitment team. If you have experience in Domestic IT Staffing and are eager to work in a fast-paced hiring environment, we would love to connect with you.

Note: Only candidates with Domestic IT Staffing experience are eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and/or Non-IT roles

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate technical interviews

• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements

• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Required Skills:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Hands-on expertise in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment
