Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Support the onboarding process for new hires (documentation and orientation)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and internal communications
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
