Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints by understanding issues, investigating problems, and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with diverse customers from different geographical locations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines while striving to meet individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated with product knowledge and customer handling techniques.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Work in an International Voice or Non-Voice process supporting clients from across the globe.
  • Domestic customer service operations serving local clients with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Rotational shifts including night shifts to support 24/7 customer service operations.
  • Flexible working days, typically 5 or 6 days per week depending on business requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fresh graduates, post-graduates, and candidates with Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) are encouraged to apply.
  • Both freshers looking to start their career and experienced professionals seeking growth opportunities are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or other relevant languages, depending on process requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with patience and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
