About The Role
Max Edutech Solutions is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to
promote IT training programs, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility across digital
platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in education or service-based digital
marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for IT training courses
Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Generate and optimize leads for training programs
Handle social media marketing including content planning, posting, and engagement
Coordinate with designers/content teams for creatives and campaign materials
Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility
Manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for student engagement
Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
Share leads with the counseling/sales team and support conversions
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Social Media Ads
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Good communication and content-writing skills
Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets
