The Data Controller is responsible for:
Management and maintenance of (Master) (financial) data for equipment data lifecycle management process in the designated applications such as SPF/ALIM/SAP.
Ensures that the applications used for this purpose (SPF/ALIM/SAP) are deployed in line with business objectives.
The management (safeguarding and monitoring) of the integrity of (Master) Data according to the (equipment) data lifecycle management process, in the designated applications such as SPF/ALIM/SAP, according to the established procedures in the OMS system.
The management of financial data of services, goods and other transactions of the technical department.
Providing proactive advice and support within the professional discipline to the core activities and objectives to ensure the refinery's safety.
Activities equipment data: Managing data in all phases of the equip data life cycle management process; Creating and building/closing projects in the tag management system
Issuing new Tag and equipment numbers for both projects and maintenance activities.Maintain/Modify existing Tag/equipment numbers for both projects and maintenance activities,
Removal of existing equipment due to End-of-life Tag/equipment numbers. Building the FLOC structure in SAP from TAGs in Informatica in such a way that it can be loaded into SAP.
What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of work experience
VCA Basic certificate is an added advantage
Experience in Bentley ALIM or other EDMS, SAP/Maximo is preferred
Direct process management experience including best practices, driving innovation, continuous improvement, technologies, processes, procedures and tools.
Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment.
