Job Description


We are looking for an Image & Video Editor to support the production of high-performing paid social creatives. The role requires a strong balance between smart, curated graphics and natural, platform-native content that does not feel overly ad-like. The candidate must be familiar with AI technology to assist their workflow and have experience marketing to a western audience.

This is an editor-first, execution-focused role working from clearly defined briefs and creative direction.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for editing and producing static and short-form video creatives used in paid social campaigns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute concepts efficiently, adapt assets for testing, and maintain a consistent output across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce static images and short-form videos for paid social campaigns and organic posts

  • Be up to date with the latest AI design tools to assist workflow efficiency

  • Support paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

  • Adapt creatives into multiple formats, sizes, and variations for testing

  • Blend curated graphics with native, UGC-style, screen-recorded, and text-led content

  • Ensure creatives feel natural and platform-native rather than overly promotional

  • Apply feedback quickly and iterate creatives efficiently

  • Maintain quality and consistency under varying workloads

Required Experience & Skills

  • Critical understanding of AI tools and have experience within their workflow

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in image and/or video editing

  • Fluent English Speaker

  • Proficient with FIGMA, Canva and/or CapCut (or similar editing tools)

  • Comfortable working from defined briefs and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Experience editing creatives specifically for paid social or lead generation campaigns

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

  • Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney)

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is suited to someone who is:

  • Early-career but hungry to develop, or mid-level and able to work autonomously

  • A strong executor with a performance mindset

  • Comfortable producing creative volume rather than only high-polish brand assets

  • Interested in learning how paid social creatives are tested and scaled

This Role May Not Be Suitable If

  • You are only interested in long-form or cinematic video editing

  • You prefer conceptual or strategy-only roles

  • You are uncomfortable with iteration, testing, and feedback-driven workflows

  • You prefer highly polished brand work over platform-native content
