About the Role:
We're seeking a meticulous and artistic High-End Fashion Retoucher who also brings a strong sense of graphic designto the table. You'll work closely with our creative and photography teams to enhance and perfect images for fashion campaigns, e-commerce, editorials, and social media. Your eye for detail and understanding of fashion aesthetics will help us maintain a premium, polished brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retouch high-resolution fashion and beauty images with precision – including skin retouching, garment cleanup, color grading, and background enhancements.
- Maintain the natural look of models while ensuring editorial-level polish.
- Create design assets for campaign layouts, lookbooks, emailers, and social media content.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers to uphold the visual language of the brand.
- Handle batch processing for e-commerce while maintaining consistency in tone and finish.
- Manage and archive final files with version control and proper documentation.
- Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal creative direction.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a high-end retoucher in the fashion or beauty industry (portfolio is a must).
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop (frequency separation, dodge & burn, advanced masking, liquify, etc.)
- Strong design skills using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
- Sharp understanding of lighting, skin texture, fabric detailing, and luxury visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently while taking creative feedback constructively.
- Strong file management skills and knowledge of color spaces (RGB/CMYK), print/web standards.
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing for fashion campaigns or editorial layouts.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video retouching/editing.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and seasonal campaign aesthetics.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume content production environments.
