Job Title: Lead Designer & Illustrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Designer to drive our brand's visual identity across

packaging, offline marketing, store creatives, and digital platforms. The role involves hands-on design

execution, packaging development, and close coordination with vendors to ensure high-quality output across all

touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Label & Packaging Design: Conceptualize and design product labels, packaging, and brand-centric

artwork that enhances shelf appeal.

Boxes & Dieline Development: Create dieline samples, mock-ups, and production-ready box designs,

ensuring accuracy for printing and manufacturing.

Offline Marketing Creations: Develop marketing collaterals such as banners, menu cards, salad

boxes, posters, and illustrations for promotions and events.

Store Creatives: Design in-store branding materials, POS displays, standees, and visual merchandise

creatives to strengthen retail presence.

Digital & Online Illustrations: Create engaging illustrations, graphics, and creatives tailored for

social media, websites, and digital campaigns.

File Formats for Printing: Prepare and deliver correct print-ready files (AI, PDF, EPS, TIFF, etc.),

ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and bleed requirements.

Vendor Coordination: Work closely with printers, packaging suppliers, and creative vendors to

manage timelines, quality standards, and costs.

Maintain design consistency across offline and online channels while aligning with brand guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest design, packaging, and printing trends to bring innovation into projects.Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Designing, Fine Arts, or any related creative field.

2+ years of professional experience in packaging, branding, and creative design.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge of CorelDraw or

similar tools.

Strong understanding of printing techniques, dielines, CMYK/RGB color modes, and production file

formats.

Ability to balance creativity with practicality and production feasibility.

Strong communication, project management, and vendor handling skills.
