Job Description

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and develop
creative concepts for brand-related communications.
Create original illustrations, graphics, and designs that effectively communicate the brands
message and engage the target audience.
Design visually appealing marketing collaterals such as banners, social media posts,
brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and continuity across all
design assets.
Keep up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and technological
advancements to continually enhance the quality and impact of designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and marketing professionals,
to ensure the visual representation aligns with the brands messaging and objectives.
Eligibility
Graduate, with a Bachelors/PG Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in illustration and graphic design, including a range of
styles and techniques.
Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, colour theory, and typography.
Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into visually appealing and impactful
illustrations and designs.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring designs align with brand
guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
