We are looking for an Illustration Designer to create visually compelling illustrations that enhance Scry AI's brand storytelling, product communication, and marketing initiatives. This role is critical in simplifying complex concepts through engaging and impactful visual design.

Role Overview

As an Illustration Designer at Scry AI, you will be responsible for creating custom illustrations, visual assets, and design elements for digital and marketing channels. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals that communicate ideas clearly and strengthen brand identity.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating abstract or technical concepts into visually appealing designs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Illustration & Visual Asset Creation

• Create custom illustrations for blogs, websites, campaigns, and product assets
• Design icons, infographics, and visual elements that support content
• Develop visuals that align with brand guidelines and messaging

Concept Development & Storytelling

• Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual narratives
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to conceptualize visuals
• Ensure consistency in visual storytelling across platforms

Design Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams
• Support campaigns, social media, and digital initiatives with illustrations
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and channels

Brand Consistency & Quality

• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity
• Ensure high-quality output across all design deliverables
• Continuously refine design standards and processes

Tools & Continuous Improvement

• Use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Stay updated with design trends, styles, and best practices
• Experiment with new techniques to enhance visual impact

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in illustration design or graphic design
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration and visual storytelling work
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple visual concepts
• Attention to detail and strong sense of design aesthetics
• Good communication and collaboration skills
