Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for IGCSE Mathematics and Science Educators based in Chennai.

We are seeking educators who bring clarity, depth, and intellectual curiosity to the teaching of Mathematics and Science across Grades 4 to 10. The role involves cultivating conceptual understanding, inquiry, independent thinking, and academic confidence in students.

This is not a conventional teaching role. It requires thoughtful practice, consistency, and meaningful engagement with both the subject and the learner.

Qualifications

• Strong academic foundation in Mathematics or Science

• Ability to translate concepts into clear and meaningful understanding

• Value inquiry, observation, and conceptual learning over rote methods

• Commitment to continuous learning and collaborative growth

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field

• Teaching certifications and familiarity with the IGCSE framework are preferred
