Role Description

We are seeking an IGCSE English Language Tutor specializing in the AQA curriculum for a remote contract position. In this role, you will conduct interactive, one-on-one online tutoring sessions to help students excel in English Language. Your responsibilities will include preparing personalized lesson plans, assisting with exam preparation, clarifying language concepts, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. You will also provide individual feedback and track students progress to ensure they achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Online Tutoring and Tutoring with a focus on English Language
• Strong English Teaching skills and a solid understanding of the IGCSE English Language (AQA) curriculum
• Exceptional Communication and Teaching skills to effectively convey concepts and engage students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and encourage academic development
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification or IGCSE-related qualifications are a plus
