• Design and grade assessments that align with Cambridge IGCSE standards and track student progress using data-driven insights.
• Mentor students through practical lab work, safety protocols, and scientific inquiry methods.
• Collaborate with department heads and science faculty to align teaching practices with school goals and student outcomes.
• Integrate cross-curricular STEM connections and differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
