Role Description
The IGCSE Chemistry Facilitator will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum. Key responsibilities include designing assessments, fostering critical thinking, supporting practical laboratory experiments, and monitoring student progress. The role requires collaboration with other faculty members, active participation in academic planning, and promoting an interactive learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tiruppur.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Chemistry and experience in teaching the IGCSE curriculum
- Strong skills in lesson planning, delivering lectures, and designing assessments
- Competency in conducting and supervising laboratory experiments and practical work
- Effective communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills
- Ability to inspire critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for Chemistry in students
- Experience using technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; teaching certification or IGCSE-specific qualification preferred
- Experience in international education or similar roles is an advantage
