IGCSE & A Level Coordinator

The IGCSE & A Level Coordinator will oversee and manage the smooth implementation and delivery of the Cambridge curriculum for IGCSE and A Level programs. Responsibilities include organizing curriculum planning, managing teacher schedules, ensuring compliance with Cambridge assessment standards, supervising student progress, and facilitating teacher training and development sessions. The role also involves communicating with parents on academic progress and collaborating with the administration to foster an effective learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur.

• Strong knowledge and experience with the Cambridge IGCSE & A Level curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for parent-teacher interactions and team management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively
• Experience in teaching or coordinating in an international school environment is preferred
• Master's degree in Education or a related field; additional qualifications in educational leadership are an advantage
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools and platforms for education and reporting
