You'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking Business Intelligence team as part of our growing office in India, helping shape how data is used across Interpath Advisory. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the team delivers impactful insights and scalable reporting solutions that support smarter decision-making.

We are seeking an IFS HCM Consultant to design, implement, and optimise our IFS ERP solution. You will work closely with People, IT, and Finance teams to ensure HR processes support our business goals. This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, tackle complex challenges, and shape a scalable HCM solution for a fast-growing international organisation.

Solution Design & Configuration:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable IFS HCM solutions.
• Configure IFS HCM modules including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Employee Expense, Absence, Competence, Performance, and Employee/Manager Self-Service.
• Develop functional specifications for customisations, integrations, and reports.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Facilitate workshops with People, Finance and IT teams to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practice People processes within IFS.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for HCM-related queries.

Implementation & Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Support UAT cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g. payroll and downstream systems).
• Continuous post-go-live functional and technical support of the HCM module

Data & Reporting:

• Support People teams with data structures, data migration templates, and validation.
• Build or specify People reports, dashboards, and analytics within IFS and with our Interpath Business Insights team

Training & Documentation:

• Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions for People teams, managers, and end users.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to optimise People processes using IFS functionality.
• Support upgrades, new module rollouts, and system enhancements.
  

• Strong functional expertise in IFS Cloud [Ideally] or IFS Applications (Apps 8-10) with a focus on HCM modules.
• Proven experience in People system implementation or support.
• Solid understanding of global People processes (employee lifecycle, time & attendance, performance, competence, etc.).
• Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience with data migration, testing cycles, and go‑live support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  

• Experience with integrations (e.g. payroll, identity management, external time systems, other HR technology).
• Knowledge of IFS Lobbies and reporting tools.
• Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Consulting or multi‑industry experience.
