Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS FSM Consultant with strong expertise in External Integrations and Support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with oil & gas integrations (IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, Nayara) and a solid understanding of FSM support processes, including request handling and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IFS FSM External Integrations with IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, and Nayara.
• Handle integration-related incidents, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve Request Creation issues within IFS FSM.
• Diagnose and fix OTP-related issues impacting field operations or user workflows.
• Provide L2/L3 support for FSM applications ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.

• Strong experience in IFS FSM implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience in external system integrations, particularly with oil & gas sector clients.
• Expertise in handling Request Creation processes, OTP troubleshooting, and integration issues.

• Understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)
