Our Client In Telecom domain looking for a skilled Solution Implementation Specialists with expertise in the Field Service Management (FSM) solution domain to join our FSM Consulting Practice.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions on any of the leading FSM solution platforms on IFS.
You will be a member of FSM Implementation Team and participate in architecture design, platform configuration and implementation, systems integration, provide technical guidance, user training / support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of IFS solutions, specifically within the Field Service Management (FSM) module.
• Apply best practices, standards, and frameworks for FSM implementations.
• Provide architectural input(s) and technical guidance to development teams.
• Configure and customize FSM applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between the FSM platform and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and verify solution requirements, define technical roadmaps, and ensure successful deployments.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing FSM implementations.
• Comply with FSM solution best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
• Mentor and train development teams on FSM functionalities and best practices.
• Have the ability to travel to client FSM project locations in North America.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in development, implementation or support of IFS - FSM solutions with enterprise-class customers.
• Hands-on experience with the platform-specific Field Service Management (FSM) modules.
• Strong expertise in platform-specific development environments:
o IFS: IFS Connect, PL/SQL, IFS Development Studio, IFS APIs (REST/SOAP), and B2B integration capabilities. PSO, Mobile and Integrations, with minimum two e2e implementations
• Proven ability to design scalable and high-performing FSM solutions.
• Should have experience in Utilities Domain
• Added advantage if aware of legacy tools like click software etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• IFS:
o IFS Certified Practitioner - Field Service Management Consultant
o Proficiency in IFS configuration and customization tools.
o Experience with IFS mobile applications for field service.
o Knowledge of IFS Aurena development (if applicable).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
