Configuration, Customization & Integration

Job Summary

We are looking for an IFS Cloud Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in IFS Cloud configuration, customization, and integration. The candidate should have at least 3+ years of IFS experience and must have worked on at least 2 IFS Cloud projects. Good understanding of ERP processes such as OTC, P2P, Project Management, and Resource Management is also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on IFS Cloud configuration and customization.
• Develop and support custom fields, custom events, custom pages, and related IFS configurations.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between IFS Cloud and external systems.
• Work with REST APIs, OData, IFS Projections, and integration services.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Prepare technical design documents and support solution design discussions.
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and production issue resolution.
• Follow IFS best practices and avoid unnecessary customization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on IFS experience.
• Must have worked on at least 2 IFS Cloud projects.
• Strong experience in IFS Cloud configuration and customization.
• Good experience in IFS Cloud integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, OData, IFS Projections, and integration services.
• Good understanding of IFS Cloud technical architecture.
• Experience with technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• ERP Functional Knowledge
• Candidate should have basic working knowledge of the following IFS ERP processes:
• Order to Cash (OTC)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Added advantage: Knowledge of Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Service Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant IFS Cloud technical certification is preferred.
