As an experienced IELTS trainer, you will deliver high-quality online training to students worldwide. The role involves teaching all four IELTS modules, assessing student progress, and ensuring adherence to our structured learning approach.
You must demonstrate proficiency in implementing best practices, recognizing each student's strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.
Freshers with strong IELTS proficiency are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online IELTS training sessions following WordCraft Academy's curriculum.
- Teach and assess Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Follow WordCraft Academy's answer writing models and speaking systems.
- Track student progress and provide structured feedback.
- Maintain student attendance and records via the online platform.
- Attend mandatory trainer workshops to stay updated with teaching strategies.
- Communicate exclusively in English during classes and academy interactions.
- Adhere to WordCraft Academy's ethical and professional guidelines.
- The trainer must be proficient in conversing in a British, American, or neutral English accent.
Requirements & Qualifications
General Requirements for All Candidates:
- Strong English language proficiency (grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary)
- Ability to deliver engaging and structured lessons online.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, and digital whiteboards.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as per student schedules.
- Must have the proficiency and patience to teach students across all proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
For Experienced Trainers:
- Minimum 1-2 years of IELTS training experience.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS test formats, strategies, and scoring criteria.
For Freshers with IELTS Proficiency:
- IELTS Band 8.0 or above (preferred).
For General Candidates without Experience or High IELTS Scores:
- Must have completed an IELTS Trainer's Training Program.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
